Thank you for shopping at Lale Guralp. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Personalised products are excluded as these are made especially for each customer so can not be resold. Therefore personalised products can not be returned or refunded.

Before you return a product, please email us at and provide proof of purchase. Before contacting us please make sure that: The product was purchased in the last 14 days. The product is in its original packaging (which is the size of a Royal Mail small parcel). The product isn't used or damaged. You will be responsible for returning the product at you own cost - For the UK, we recommend using the Royal Mail second class postage service for a small parcel (under 2Kg and with the dimensions 45x35x16cm) with proof of postage. It will cost you £2.95.

Refunds are available on the following basis: Where you have been in contact via email within 14 days before you return, the product is in the saleable condition that it was received - We will refund the full amount paid by you for the product. You will be responsible for returning the product to us at you own cost. 

Your refund of the product will most likely be made by the same method that you used to pay for your purchase. You will be contacted if this is not possible or if there is a problem with getting the refund to you.

Damaged items - If you received a damaged item, please notify us, within 3 days of receiving the product, by emailing: You will need to send a photo of the damaged product and the packaging that it arrived in. 

Sale items - Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
